What time does the show start?
Doors for Silas Serafim will open at 7pm, with the show starting at about 8.30pm and finishing at 10.30pm.
How do I book tickets?
Booking tickets online is the easiest way. Simply click 'Book Tickets' above and you will be directed to Eventbrite.
How much are tickets?
Tickets for Silas Serafim at Venue 229 are £18 in advance (plus booking fee).
Are all tickets seated?
Yes, all tickets are seated. Tickets at Venue 229 are unallocated so please arrive early for a choice of seating.
Can I buy tickets over the phone?
Tickets can only be purchased online. Group bookings of 15 or more can contact 020 7041 7312 to purchase tickets.
Is there a booking fee?
There is a booking fee of up to £1.95 per ticket.
How do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets purchased online do not need to be picked up. You will be sent a confirmation email with your booking reference number and an e-ticket. Simply show your e-ticket on the door for admission.
Can I get food at the venue?
There is no food available at the venue.
Are tickets refundable?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned as per our Terms and Conditions. If an event is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be notified by phone or email. For rescheduled events, customers will be offered tickets of equivalent value. For cancelled events, customers will be offered tickets to alternative events (subject to availability).
Is there a discount for group bookings?
Groups of 15 or more can avoid booking fees by booking directly with us and paying their invoice by BACS. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Large groups will also receive pre-allocated seating.
If I am late will you let me into the show?
Yes we will, however we strongly advise that you arrive before the show starts to avoid being held before entering.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code for the show.
Is there a door policy?
We can not admit anyone under 18 years of age because of license conditions. All patrons must be able to provide photo ID if requested. We reserve the right to refuse admission if we believe a person is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In these circumstances we will not refund tickets.
Where can I park near the venue?
229 The Venue - There is street parking in the many side streets around the venue, most of which offer free parking after 6.30pm.
Bar Rumba - The closest car park is the Q-Park Chinatown Carpark at 20 Newport Place, London, WC2H 7PR.
